  • We have developed an internal system of collecting and sorting the data from the field staff for the uses of monitoring and evaluation to support the projects. To support this, we have ready equipment such as tablets and mobiles distributed to the field staff to conduct the assigned tasks to support the project.
  • GIS section is available along with all data that enables us support adequate field preparations and movements identifying the geographical scope well in advance as per project criteria and terrain complexity in order to identify a proper location to conduct the project tasks.

Blumen Consulting has developed a robust data collection system called the HAT System, which is ISO 27001:2022 certified and adapted to Yemen's context. The system is lightweight and can be synchronized with the client's system for real-time data access. The HAT System offers the following features:
